See the light

I did a little shooting from the hip while traipsing around downtown Sunday. This nice little shaft of light basically blinded me as I was walking to my car, so I thought I’d try to work it into a photo.

Shoot the Moon

This will probably be the last of the shots I post from my Tampa Tribune archive. I was coming back from lunch with a co-worker of mine, and we both saw the moon low in the sky with some buzzards circling the building. Window washers, too!

Being the geeks that we are, we had a little “shootout,” with one of our editors being the judge of the final product. I think he ended up calling it a draw. Spineless! 😉

I really need to start producing some fresh, meaningful work at some point!
